Southern Potato Salad

1 recipe of Old-Fashioned Egg Salad
1 lb. potatoes, peeled, cooked and diced (about 3 cups)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. - 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. instant minced onion salt to taste
2 Tbsp. chopped pickle, optional

Combine all ingredients and stir to mix. Chill.

Yield: 6-8 servings
