World's Easiest Souffle

Butter or margarine
Grated parmesan cheese
4 eggs
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (3oz) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1/3 cup milk, light cream or half& half
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp. onion salt
½ tsp. ground mustard

Butter a 1 qt. soufflé dish or casserole. Dust with parmesan cheese; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a blender container; cover and blend at medium speed until smooth, about 30 seconds. Carefully pour into prepared dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until puffy and lightly golden. Serve immediately.
