California Chicken
Croissant
3/4 cup mayonnaise
4 croissants, split
2 cooked, cooled chicken breasts, sliced thinly
1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and drained
1 large tomato, sliced
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
Spread mayonnaise on cut surface of each
croissant. Place chicken slices on bottom of each croissant half. Top
with avocado, bacon, tomato and alfalfa sprouts. Top with croissant half.
Yield: 4 servings
