Breakfast Pizza
1 (10 oz) can refrigerated pizza crust
8 eggs
¼ cup milk
¼ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (8oz) container cream cheese chive, french onion, roasted garlic,
etc.
8 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
¼ cup chopped green onions
Spray a 12" pizza pan with vegetable spray. Unroll
dough; place in pizza pan. Press out dough from center to make fit pan.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 6 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
In medium bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. In large skillet
melt nutter over medium heat; scramble eggs until cooked, but still
moist. Spoon egg mixture over crust. Drop dollops of cream cheese over
eggs. Sprinkle bacon and onions over pizza. Bake an additional 10-12
minutes or until toppings are completely heated and crust is golden
brown.
Yield: 8 servings.
